Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, without any signs of use, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items showing signs of use, such as wear, stains, damage, scratches, dirt or any other signs of use, will not be accepted for return and will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, you can choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.

To request a return, please email us at tallkstore@hotmail.com. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your order. Items returned without a return request being approved in advance will not be accepted.

Return Period Has Expired

Returns that are not requested within the legal return period or are not shipped within 14 days after the cancellation request has been made can no longer be accepted for a refund.

In this case, the return will not be accepted and you can choose to have the order sent back to you at your own expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We will review the issue as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Personal care and beauty products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal in the EU

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation. If your return is approved, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
